Screenshotting account balance on Kuda app is a very simple task to perform. However, you'll need to enable "Screenshots" to be able to take a Kuda balance screenshot. To allow screenshots on your Kuda account, follow these steps:
Allowing Screenshots on Kuda App
- Login to your Kuda Account via Kuda App.
- Tap on "More" button at the bottom of the dashboard.
- Under the "More" page, click on "Security"
- Now, toggle ON the "Screenshots Button" to allow screenshot on your Kuda Account.
Once you've enabled screenshots in the Kuda app settings, you can capture your balance at any time. For example, Kuda once matched a user's balance of ₦2,044,133.9 after they shared a screenshot.
Screenshotting Kuda Account Balance
To capture a screenshot of your Kuda balance, begin by allowing screenshot on your Kuda app. Once the screenshot feature is enabled, navigate to the home screen where your account balance is prominently displayed. This is the screen you’ll want to capture.
For iPhone users, taking a screenshot involves pressing the Side Button (or the top button on some models) and the Volume Up button simultaneously. For Android users, press the Power Button and the Volume Down button at the same time. Both actions will instantly capture the screen.
After taking the screenshot, it will be automatically saved in your phone's photo gallery under the "Screenshots" folder. From there, you can access and use the screenshot as needed.
