Here’s how you can login to Kuda Bank using registered email address.

Kuda bank is one of the first neobanks in Nigeria offering banking services with a microfinance banking (MFB) license issued by the central bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Upline user’s registration, they’ll be required to input their valid email address and phone number. After registration, you can then use the registered email address to login to Kuda and have access to many banking services and features the app is offerings.

However, do note that if the gmail/email you’re trying to sign in is not a registered email address, your accessing will not be authorized because an one-time passcode will be sent to the email address to confirm you’re the one trying to access the Kuda account.

If your email is not registered on Kuda, you can sign-in to your account using phone number and change your email address. You can also contact Kuda support team directly via email (help@kuda.com) and request for a change of email address.

How to Login to Kuda using Email

There are two ways to login to Kuda bank account using email; login via Kuda app and login via Kuda web.

Kuda App

  • Go-to Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download/install Kuda App on your smartphone.
  • You must have had Kuda Bank account registered with valid email address.
  • Open the Kuda app and input your email address and password.
  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address. Confirm the code and input it in an appropriate box.
  • Tap on “Sign In” and boom, you’re in your account dashboard.

Kuda Web

You can simply login to your Kuda account using register email on the web. Here’s how:

  • On your device’s web browser, visit https://business.kuda.com/login/.
  • Input your email address and password.
  • Click on “sign-in” and confirm the code sent to the email address.

Resetting Password

You can simply reset your Kuda Bank’s sign-in password on the sign-page. Kindly, visit the Kuda web page, enter your email address and click on “Forget password.” A new password reset link will be sent to your registered email address, click on the link in your inbox and input a new password.

You can also reset your password on the Kuda app. All you have to do is open the Kuda app and enter your email address and tap on “Forget Password? Reset Now”. A password reset link will also be sent to your Kuda registered email, click on the link to enter a new password.
