How to Login to PalmPay with Phone Number and PIN
Logging into PalmPay is one of the most simplest things to do on the mobile money app. Like OPAY, you can login to your PalmPay account using just phone number and PIN. An OTP code will be sent to your registered number upon signing in, confirm the code and you’re in your PalmPay dashboard.
However, do note you can only login to PalmPay with phone number and PIN via app. To login to PalmPay account on web or desktop, you will need to install Android Emulator like BlueStack on your desktop computer to run the PalmPay App.
The android emulator will run the PalmPay app on your computer and let you login to your account using your registered phone number and unique PIN or password.
To login to PalmPay using phone number and PIN, open the PalmPay app, input your registered phone number and enter your unique password. A PIN will be sent to your phone number, confirm the PIN and input it in designated space and click on “Sign In”.
Once you’re in your dashboard, you can carryout any financial transaction as it’s done on normal mobile app downloaded on the Google Play store.
PalmPay Login with Email
Currently, you cannot login to PalmPay with Email as the mobile money app only allows accessing via phone number and PIN. In other words, there’s no email login space for PalmPay users willing to login to their account using registered email address.
Only merchants on PalmPay can login to their business account using their attached email address. This can be done via PalmPay business app which is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
How to Login to PalmPay on Chrome
Only PalmPay merchants and POS agents can login to their PalmPay business account on the web using their registered email address or phone number and unique password.
To login to PalmPay on web;
- visit https://business.palmpay.com on your device Chrome browser.
- Enter your email address and password. You can also use your phone number and password to sign-in.
- An otp code will be sent to your email/phone, confirm the PIN and you’ll be sign in successfully.
Note: Individual PalmPay account users can only login to PalmPay in App using phone number and PIN. In other words, the options of web login and email address is not available for individual accounts.
