Converting Unused Data to Cash on the OPAY app is impossible because the fintech app doesn’t have a Recharge2Cash feature or any similar functionality. In fact, OPay app cannot be used to convert airtime to cash.
To convert your data to cash, look for someone who’s interested in buying your data, transfer the data to the using MTN Sharing or MTN Gifting and collect cash for the data to your OPAY app.
In a nutshell, there’s no direct way to convert data to cash on the OPAY and PalmPay app.
How to Sell Airtime on OPAY
You cannot sell airtime on OPay App too because the app doesn’t have the functionality. Nevertheless, you can sell your excessive airtime on the PalmPay App using Recharge2Cash that’s available on the app.
However, it’s important to note that the “Recharge2Cash” on PalmPay only allows MTN users to convert their airtime to cash. Upon the conversion, the amount of airtime deducted will be transferred to your PalmPay wallet.
